Ningxia Ziguang Tianhua methionine Co., Ltd. was incorporated in June 2013 with a registered capital of 600 million yuan and a planned investment of 6 billion yuan to build 200000 t / a feed grade DL Methionine and related supporting facilities in three phases. Since the products were put on the market, they have not only reached strategic cooperation with many well-known leading enterprises in China, but also exported to more than 70 countries and regions such as Europe, America, East Asia and Southeast Asia, which has been widely trusted and supported by the domestic and international markets.

 

2、 Company development overview

 

Methionine is the blessing of modern science and technology to mankind. As an indispensable animal nutrient, it has made an important contribution to the protection of human high protein food. It is known as the "pearl on the crown" of the fine chemical industry. In today's world, only a few lucky people have picked up this bright pearl. China is a methionine consumer with strong global demand growth. For a long time, all methionine needed by China's feed industry depends on import, which seriously restricts the healthy development of animal husbandry and feed industry. The 12th Five Year Plan of feed industry and animal husbandry of the Ministry of agriculture clearly requires to improve the localization level of methionine as soon as possible. With the concern and support of the Party committee and government of the autonomous region, Ningxia Ziguang Tianhua methionine Co., Ltd. has implemented the 2 * 50000 T / a methionine project in two phases, the 50000 T / a methionine project in phase I, with an investment of 1.7 billion yuan, which was completed and put into operation in October 2017. The total investment of the 50000 T / a methionine project in phase II is 1.3 billion yuan. With the full promotion of the main leaders of Zhongwei municipal Party committee and government, The project was completed and put into operation in September 2016. At present, it has formed a production scale of 100000 tons (140000 tons / year after the completion of 171 technical transformation project), and the comprehensive index of system operation has reached the international advanced level. The completion of the methionine project of the company has successfully broken the long-term technical monopoly of multinational corporations and filled the domestic gap. In particular, the completion and operation of phase II project has greatly increased the market share of domestic methionine. It plays a key role in the healthy development of feed industry and breeding industry in the downstream. Its production equipment has made a large number of technological progress achievements in localization, automation, economic operation, energy conservation and environmental protection. Taking "safety first and environmental protection first" as the development concept, the company fully implements the main responsibility of enterprise safety and environmental protection, adopts internationally advanced DCS and ESD automatic control systems, constructs supporting fire special service stations, carries out comprehensive emergency drills, and carries out normalized fire safety emergency drills, reaching the industry-leading intrinsic safety level. In accordance with the principle of "source reduction, remote control and end treatment", nearly 500 million yuan has been invested in environmental protection facilities, integrated advanced environmental protection technologies at home and abroad, implemented the "1 + 3" end treatment mode, and effectively controlled the air quality in and around the plant. The transformation and application of Singapore company, the membrane treatment and desalination technology of Sanda membrane, has realized the "near zero discharge" of wastewater.
